Claiming Rewards

Station operators can claim accumulated $WXM rewards at their convenience. Rewards are credited programmatically each day to the station owner's wallet address and remain in the on-chain Rewards Vault contract until claimed.
Claiming Methods
1. WeatherXM Mobile App (Recommended)
The simplest way for individual station operators to claim rewards is directly through the official mobile app:
- Open the WeatherXM App on iOS or Android.
- Navigate to your Wallet tab.
- Review your claimable $WXM balance and select Claim Rewards.
- Confirm the transaction using your connected wallet.
2. Web Claim Portal
For operators managing multiple stations or using desktop hardware wallets:
- Navigate to the web claim interface at claim.weatherxm.com.
- Connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, or Ledger) configured for the Arbitrum One network.
- View your accumulated reward allocations and submit the on-chain claim transaction.
Important Claiming Details
- Arbitrum One Network: Reward claiming contracts execute on Arbitrum One. Ensure your wallet has a small amount of ETH on Arbitrum to cover transaction gas fees.
- Batching Claims: Because rewards do not expire, you are not required to claim daily. You may allow rewards to accumulate over weeks or months to minimize gas transactions.
- Non-Custodial: The Association never holds custody of your claimed tokens. Transferred $WXM tokens go directly to your designated external wallet.
